Terrible company, would never buy or recommend them again.
Long story short: they sold me tickets with carryon bag included but when I get to the check in counter the lady said no carryon was allowed and we were charged $150.
It creates so much hassle and stress. When I called the support people they talked about them later on left me a message saying that carryon was not allowed. As a proof I uploaded the ticket information from this company. Please check. Thank you
Now I look forward to filing a formal complaint and claim against these people.
