“No estoy satisfecho ya que cuando reservé el costo era una cantidad y me enviaron correo que decía que la transacción no se procesó por qué las tarifas subieron pero al descargar mis e-tickets en la App de la línea Area ( Avianca ) los coleros están con un precio más bajo”

“Horrible service my ticket was not in the system another have call u guys and spent almost 40 min that’s is not an example”

“Took 2 days of continuous calling to finally get my e ticket. It didn't seem like all departments were connected with each other. Customer service was terrible and all the answers sounded like excuses and run arounds. I can't tell you how many times I was told to wait 1 or 2 hours and then nothing happened.”

“I was charged for bags on flair in addition to fare and the charge wasnt recognized by flair. Ive been overbilled and need to be reimbursed for collecting bag charges. also website is very tricky and not friendly at all I had a terirble experinace and will not recommend to anyone”

“This is the First time and last time that i purchased my ticket from cheap flights fares i been flying over 30 years i never had problems like i had with them first the ticket was more expensive going with them... second they been calling me every day even though they took money from my account they calling to verify something than i paid for check in beg they cancelled my beg just too much problems with them”

“Total bait and switch operation. Operation should be outlawed. Post a price for a flight, but it does not include a seat for you or luggage. How is that legal. Then they hold you hostage to pay more for a seat on a flight you paid for but can't get on the plane. Not less expensive than others once you include you actually having a seat and being able to fly on the plane.”

“The cost of changing my flights from Charles de Gaulle to Atlanta was way to much. You took advantage of my desperate situation. And I never received an email for booking cyan hotel room in Paris. It was the coldest room, no heat available. The system was broken. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. You should have known that. The Le Brassiere restaurant must have closed years ago.”

“Terrible experience so far. I bought 3 seats, 2 adults and 1 for a child under 18 months. I wanted to pay for the extra seat for extra room. They then claimed i didn’t pay for it, but they would add it “for free”. There customer service person was terrible and real slimmy to deal with.”

“At the end of the day I received my tickets l, but due to everything that happened in between purchasing and receiving my ticket, I lost trust and thought I was being scammed. To cancel a ticket purchased within 24 hrs you need to to call (can’t do it online) and getting a hold of someone is really hard. Once you get a hold of an executive, they try to convince you not tu cancel your ticket by saying you will receive it in 15 minutes or so. Then that doesn’t happen and I have to call again and the lack of reliability and professionalism makes me not want to trust. Wouldn’t use this platform again.”

“I had a discussion with one person yesterday, who did not understand anything that I was saying or trying to communicate to him. He continue to cut me off and revert back to something that I was not talking about when I asked him for his name. I was given a fake name he would not give me another person to speak to you or another number to talk to. It was very frustrating and I hope you record your calls to show a quality service.”

“I was on hold and on the phone for an approximate total of 2 1/2 hours to add a carry on bag and to change a flight from pm to am (I missed it because most sites are in 24hr time). I agreed on the extra charges for the am flight only to find out the quoted price was American. I am not a complainer but this flight has cost me $1000 more than if I would have booked through Air Canada and this was by far the worst experience ever and I will only be booking directly through the air lines from now on.”
