I had a discussion with one person yesterday, who did not understand anything that I was saying or trying to communicate to him. He continue to cut me off and revert back to something that I was not talking about when I asked him for his name. I was given a fake name he would not give me another person to speak to you or another number to talk to. It was very frustrating and I hope you record your calls to show a quality service.
