The cost of changing my flights from Charles de Gaulle to Atlanta was way to much. You took advantage of my desperate situation. And I never received an email for booking cyan hotel room in Paris.
It was the coldest room, no heat available. The system was broken. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. You should have known that. The Le Brassiere restaurant must have closed years ago.
