I bought tickets on this service, the site gave an error about the purchase and the money was not debited from the card, so I had to buy tickets on another service, as it turned out later the tickets were still issued and the money was debited from the card after payment on another service, and it turns out because of the error of this service I bought two tickets that are non-refundable and lost money! I will never use your services again
