Unbelievably, after I posted a negative two star review, I got a phone call from a representative of this travel agency. He informed me that the company would not issue my promised refund unless I revised my review to at least 4 stars. Blackmail! I did. My refund has come through. The truth is that this is a very shady company. Most of their reviews are negative but even the few positive ones may have been coerced. Avoid at all costs!
