I searched for and purchased a ticket from Vancouver to Toronto. Or, at least, that's what I thought I was doing. Instead, I was booked on a flight to Waterloo. When I called to try and get it resolved, I was told that it was "[my] fault", "I should've known by the airport code", and then they hung up on me. I found the customer support lacking, insulting, and downright rude. They recognized that my email said "Toronto" but booked to "Waterloo" and that they're not anywhere near each other, but refused to assist with my dilemma. In short, I'm never recommending this service.
