I had a flight scheduled for 8/27 return flight home from Salt Lake City UT. We have come down with very bad stomach flu and in hospital . Therefore we can not fly out on 8/17. We canceled flights with United, Priceline rental car and hotel in Spokane WA with excellent ease and were told to get better soon. I called to cancel this reservation and We had the worst Service from Rob Schmidt #600109. He even laughed at my husband on the phone which pushed him over the edge. Not only coul we barely understand him, dealing severe nausea he was not helpful. I will never use this company again. I even paid for refundable flights.

At first my ticket was at a pretty good price, the next day they send me a message that the price changed. because the airline raised the price... it doesn't seem fair to me that later I have to pay additional money, rechecking the same ticket for another company and it's even at a better price, it wasn't the airline that raised the price, so I am NOT happy with the additional charge

dislike: when using international (non US/Canada cards) the company wants you to send them photo of the card (front/back), your passport, billing address and all the info. VERY NOT SAFE like: customer service is reasonable.

Prices were reasonable until all the add ons. Cost $100.00 just to choose seats. That's ridiculous.

I tried booking a last-minute flight, it processed thru with a fare of $142... I waited for it to process and it took over an hour when it did i received a call that it had increased $125 more by the airline. I needed to get there so I said go ahead but didn't realize there were $65 in fees that I still don't know what they were for. I went on the airline directly and I could have purchased it directly thru them minus the 65 in fees.

The prices were pretty good in comparison to others, however it took well over 6 hours and a few phone calls to receive my confirmation.

I was able to find a cheap flight, but after booking it I was told the fare was no longer available. I called the customer service number to cancel the flight and was told the fare was available and offered a slight discount + a free carry on. I did not receive either, although I did get confirmation for the flight, so I guess that is a win on itself. TBD on the flight itself.

I payed for a window seat and did not get it assigned as selected. I was seated on an Isle seat. All other services were excellent.

I was initially pleased with the fares I found for myself online, but when I contacted customer service for help with my flight they charged me a fee (without) telling me and then booked the most expensive rental car they could find.

I booked an air fare ticket. Within 1 hour after ticket was booked. The agent called and said there fare is unavailable and help to re-book. I have to pay $375 more and later found out the charged was for agent fees. A day later, I check on the site and saw the same flight I was booked originally is still showing up and available. I feel unhappy as I lost $375 for no reason.

Everything went smoothly. I am not happy about their disclaimer “ In the rare event that fares increase, you may choose to cancel your booking by contacting our customer support help desk.” To me this basically I saying… hey, it doesn’t matter if you already paid for your ticket, the price went up and you can’t do anything about it. Pay it or cancel. Airline companies do not care about the customer.

Had to cancel due to family emergency and was charged a cancellation fee which was less than 24 hours after I purchased it. Was not happy. When I made my reservations, it said to cancellation fee if canceled 24 hours prior to flight.
