I will never book a flight though United Airlines again .. I wanted to extend my visit and come back on a different date but you would charge me $249 more. Not asking for refund or cancel, you would think giving 4 days in advance should be able to do it for nothing!

Initially price quoted didn’t include tax which gave me false impression that price is lower than other internet flight sellers. Made me feel cheated. Tax was charged two days later than the initial charge. Customer service didn’t know about this process which caused a lot of confusion. Second email about the tax was even more confusing. It listed the tax which is half of what has already been charged. Airline confirmation number was not provided until I asked for it. For accessing website, PIN number reset request was stuck and reset was never provided. Customer service didn’t know what to do and didn’t provide any way to solve the problem. Was told that there is no technical support. I had to give up accessing the website. Customer service called me back. They explained that they made a mistake on the DNI tax charges. And they will refund it. They seemed to take the feedback seriously. Looking for the improvement they are going to make.

I purchased a ticket with paid seats and insurance and had to change my flight day within 24 hours. On the new ticket I was charged an additional fee for a more expensive ticket but I was not tefunded the paid seats from the original ticket & am not able to select my new seats until after I check in. I was also charged again for insurance on the revised ticket but I never needed to file for insurance from the original ticket which I purchased before the 24 hour deadline. I will not be using this service again.

About the same as others and with economy class you have to pay for the seat on each flight.

I was disappointed at Flights service. I paid for a checked baggage at the time of booking the tickets. It wasn't in the system when I did the check in at the airport. So, I had to pay the baggage again with the airline at a higher price. I contacted customer service several times to get a refund. My refund was processed 2 weeks later. Customer service called several times after posting my review and my refund was deposited soon after. Changing my rating from 1 star to 3 starts as I got the refund, but I needed to call customer service 4 times. Hope issues like mine get resolved quickly in the future. The flight fare was good.

After having a terrible experience with two service reps...Who assured me that a manager would call me back? and having waited for two weeks (no one ever called back)..... Today I called back and got Alan! He resolved my issue in a couple of minutes! WTF.... In short, Alan was GREAT!!

Your Call Representative Daisy was nice, and she answered all my questions. However, sudden changes with the Flight price in less than 24hours reservation is not good when it says in your website that the Price within 24hrs resevation is a guarantee.

The pilot & flight was good. What stinks is the LOWER 40lb limit & paying for EVERYTHING. I couldn't believe I it wanted me to pay to "pick a seat". After paying for a checked AND carry-on but what REALLY got me was NO drinks (not even a water). RIP OFF!! Never again.

It wasn’t an easy experience and made me very nervous. I’ll tell you more once l actually get to airport know l have a flight with a check in bag and no hidden charges !! The only phone call that went smoothly was with Brooks on checking in
