Great prices. The only thing I didn't like is that I ended up paying extra because of their terrible service and procedure to process/confirm payments made with international credit cards (from other countries other than US and Canada).

I am not Lester.I am his 70 year old grandmother who purchased the ticket for the flight. Although your company boast about cheap flights, it becomes very expensive when you purchase seats and other necessary things needed to travel. Then after flight is purchased, instead of getting a confirmation you receive a telephone call with a change in flight times and cost. I may as well fly with American Airlines which I know is very expensive. At least I know I'll receive the times and costs that I agreed to before my credit card is charged.

I was not aware that booking a flight would put one on "standby" and I would have to pay an additional 35 per person. I found out when I didn't receive a notification from the airline and thought to call in to check on the status.

The Cheap flights program hides the extra seat cost. Called back to correct a payment problem, was told everything was fine, then was told the payment was still a problem and cost me $60.00, Will most likely not use again!

I ordered tickets and when I got checked out your website switched my dates to cheaper dates. I called to correct this which he did,but at the end of the conversation I was told it was going to be$350 more. I agreed because he told me that was the difference in flight costs. I then looked at your website and found that to not be true. After much conversation he refunded me the money. I think at the beginning of the conversation I should have been told I could cancel and rebook at no cost.

The lady who called me was more worried about her review than anything. She seemed tired and stressed. I received an email confirming all purchases. I don’t need a phone call too.

There are many add-ons that increase the cost of the ticket. These are things that use to be INCLUDED!!!

Finding the right times and dates at a fair price is made very difficult by the airline industry. You had the times that worked for me, unfortunately, the seats and windows were not included. I did not see a flight that already included the seats and windows.??

Needed to change a flight because my grandma had a heart attack and they charged me $150 to change it or $100 to cancel it even though my flight was $320 before changes. I understand the policy with no travel insurance but I felt like I was taken advantage of.

Could be the best site for buying A/L tickets if only they would not charge the highest in the industry price for Flight Insurance and Seat assignments.
