The fare is excellent. However, the first email about the ticket included the basic fare only. It did not indicate that the extra charge for the seat and baggage would follow. I had paid for all 3 but Frontier Airlines seemed only got the money for the basic fare. Later, Frontier sent an email about the seat and baggage. It really should be one email including all elements of the purchase.
