“Could be the best site for buying A/L tickets if only they would not charge the highest in the industry price for Flight Insurance and Seat assignments.”

“Pretty solid, just didn’t like the fact that when I first purchased the tickets it claimed everting was confirmed on my end, but the next day I was called back and charged extra fees that I could’ve sworn I paid the first time.”

“Honestly advertise as usd and not just on the email with the receipt of purchase. Costed me more actually then going directly to the airline site. Works out to 40$ more but still thought it was a deal but turns out not. Thx”

“The flight was cheap but I didn’t realize during my booking that I wasn’t allowed a carry on because it was a basic economy ticket. I also paid for my seats but when I checked in I was told I did not have prepaid seats. I showed them my receipt but it didn’t cross over to United’s system. I had to repurchase my seat and am currently waiting on a refund from Cheap flights. Next time I’ll book directly with the airlines.”

“I purchased a one way ticket with you with UNITED AIRLINES yesterday. Even though my first class tickets from BGR to FLL were confirmed, I never received the actual tickets/boarding passes. If you are offering tickets at a certain price then you should respect the quoted price. Actually your sales person "Archer" did a great job of rebooking me on first class however still at an increased fare which was a deception. Hopefully if we do business again you will honor your advertised pricing. Thank you J C Charron”

“The price was great!! However, the airport put me on the wrong flight in San Angelo TX. Because of this, my layover was longer at DFW. Which also made me late getting to my destination.”

“Was little more then expected from reading the ads for cheap fares but satisfied that it’s done . Don’t fly that much anymore my wife with late stage Alzheimer’s had to put her in a memory care senior place ,I could no longer care for her 24-7 and goin to family reunion, formerly always drove the 850 miles together😉but this will be different. Been long time since last flight. Perhaps the cheap fares are made farther in advance then two weeks. Blessings to y’all and keep um flying!!!”

“Fare was better than from expedia, but as appears to be the norm, EVERY seat on the plane carried an extra cost. We did get exit rows on both flights, an extra $30. overall, but why don't you just make that the cost? When you fly now, it seems that everyone has their hand out; tipping the stewardesses will be next!”
