I am not Lester.I am his 70 year old grandmother who purchased the ticket for the flight. Although your company boast about cheap flights, it becomes very expensive when you purchase seats and other necessary things needed to travel. Then after flight is purchased, instead of getting a confirmation you receive a telephone call with a change in flight times and cost.
I may as well fly with American Airlines which I know is very expensive. At least I know I'll receive the times and costs that I agreed to before my credit card is charged.
