The rate was great. Flight confirmation information needs to be easier to distinguished was you get the e-ticket. Then information on the next steps. 1. Go to airlines website. 2. Use your confirmation number to pick your seats. Etc ...
Also, your only chat is awful. Used it twice. After you tell them what you need, neither acknowledged that they were looking into it. So each time I waited a few minutes, then asked if they were still there. Popping in on the chat to reassure that they are still connected is helpful
