Deceptive. I will not use or recommend again. I have one checked bag but inadvertinely checked auto check in to bypass counter. Since I have a checked bag I have to go to the counter anyway. Called and asked for that charge to be removed. At first they refused, but I said I was not happy with them so I was told the charge would be removed. I checked the new bill and the charge was simply renamed but remained. I consider that deceptive and a lie. Will never use again...
