“The price charged in CAD was slightly different than the one given by the website (~3% difference) as I was charged conversion fees from canadian dollars. I would have appreciated to be charged in CAD as told in the mail of confirmation. I did appreciate Cheap Flights Fares team's reaching extremely quickly to me to settle this, though!”

“It was fine until for medical reasons I had to cancel, it was within 24 hours the gentleman on the phone was not very nice, I explained to him I’m a veteran and had some operations in February. I did get the refund I hope it’s in my bank shortly”

“I bought You My flight from Minneapolis to Denver and Houston and did pay for My favorite seats 10A and 10F. For $297.94. Frontier Airlines send me a confirmation whit a total cost of $117.96 and another seats. Then, I beg You, please return me, the mounts paid for the seats. Tank You for your atención and comments”

“There were too many ads on the site. It’s a little false advertisement and maybe this is not about Cheap flights but more about Frontier. It is ridiculous that there is a fee for everything. A fee for carry on. A fee for the seat. A fee for web ticket. A fee for picking your seat. For god sakes. It took me longer to reserve the flight because of it. And basically it’s a bait and switch tactic. I was already too committed and late to purchase my ticket. So my fault. But I will not fly with frontier again. And most likely not use cheap flights.”

“My connecting flight from Houston to Corpus Christi was not the greatest experience. One of the ladies at the gate was rather rude and had horrible customer service. The stewardesses were grumpy and gave poor customer service as well…. However, the fist leg of the flight went great and the staff was amazing.”

“The price is ok not that much cheaper than booking directly from airline”

“Very unhappy with the service. Got quoted a price online but payment wouldn’t go though so had to call. Price then went up twice when on the call paying for the flights. The person on the call said everything had went through but no confirmation was sent. Had to call up again and agent said the price of the flights had went up again as the flight was busy and we might not get a seat which was a lie as the flight was very empty. So disappointed to see you are trying to scam people trying to get home away from the upcoming hurricane. I have now received a call from a manager to resolve the issue. She was very helpful, understanding and took definitive action.”

“I am revising my review because after I gave such a bad review, the company called and tried to handle my complaints to help me feel more satisfied. The gentleman that called was very skilled at not becoming angry at me or the situation and did his best to rectify the problem. Every company should have someone like him to smooth over complaints. I suppose that since it has been a couple of years since I have flown, everything is changes and no doubt it is my lack of knowledge of how things work now that gave rise to my dissatisfaction. So I have changed my rating. But I will be take more time while booking a flight and will book well in advance and investigate the competitive pricing before booking with anyone. Luckily, we will be flying quite a bit in the new year so I will get some experience. Won't use your service again. Want a price that includes a chair. Are you going to charge me each time I use the restroom? Do I have to also pay for the pretzels? I ended up paying more for the flight one piece at a time than just paying Delta full price.”

“Cheap Flight recommends Frontier Airline as a airline company with most affordable flight price. Booking police reflects the Baggage Police of the policy and charges of the airline booked to the police. The company Frontier Airline has a hidden charge: it adds 70% of the price for the flight on the carry-on bag.The addition is mandatory if you have any usual carry-on bag. That is the first airline company on my experience that makes that. Be carefull, instead of the cheap price as was advertised you are getting pretty expensive ticket.”

“WE PURCHASED OUR FLIGHT HAD TO CANCEL DUE TO ILLNESS CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS POOR THEY DID NOT WANT TO CANCEL OUR FLIGHT EVEN THOUGH WE CANCELED WITH IN 24 HOURS THEN THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE 2 TO 3 WEEKS TO REFUND THIS TRIP THIS THIS WAS DONE VIA CREDIT CARD I HAVE Changed my review to three stars sensor credit on our credit card was done in three days not 2 to 3 weeks. We appreciate your timely response to this.”
