The platfrom was easy to book from and the price was interesting.
However, the process was long and complicated. It involved several calls and email exchanges and the tickets were only issued the next day which added a lot of stress.
The staff were helpful, responsive and polite, although tried to push for a different option than that requested which added to the frustration.
