Very unhappy with the service. Got quoted a price online but payment wouldn’t go though so had to call. Price then went up twice when on the call paying for the flights. The person on the call said everything had went through but no confirmation was sent. Had to call up again and agent said the price of the flights had went up again as the flight was busy and we might not get a seat which was a lie as the flight was very empty. So disappointed to see you are trying to scam people trying to get home away from the upcoming hurricane. I have now received a call from a manager to resolve the issue. She was very helpful, understanding and took definitive action.
