I thought it it went very well until I noticed the wrong departure airport was booked. I asked for flights out of HOU and my booking had me departing from IAH. Luckily, I saw it right away. Then, I just changed my flight directly through the airline. I dont fly much anymore, but if I reluctantly fly agin, I'll buy tickets directly from an airline.
