I booked a flight to Atlanta yesterday leaving Monday morning and clicked on check one bag for an additional $56.00 each way. The conformation indicates one carryon for $75.00 each way. I call yesterday and the issue was not resolved and they indicated someone would call me today to resolve the issue, the issue is still not resolved. I called again and customer service is baaad! My biggest issue is that I tried to change the last leg of my flight to a few days later within 48 hours and I was quoted two different prices by two different people and it was outrageous when the price for the flight is the same. I think that seems like a scam. There should be a little more flexibility if you just want to extend.

I did not receive any email with my purchase information right away. I called Cheap Flights and the woman on the phone was very dismissive of my inquiry. She sounded angry and kept repeating that an email would be sent to me. I received 3 emails, all the same information. It was distressing to me epecailly in todays age when scammers are out to get your money. I was afraid I might have been scammed. I was very much relieved when the email finally came in. It should have been instantanious when I paid for my flight.

i was not satisfied. I came to this app thinking i was going to pay for a cheap ticket. Which i had found a 100 something dollar flight thinking that’s how much i was going to pay. Until i found out that i was on standby. Why display false information if i’m not going to be paying just 205 with luggage i had added?i ended up paying almost 400 dollars. I will most likely not continue using cheap flights website anymore

I booked Friday and not until Monday after I call that the customer service called me that the fare increased by 60 dollars. And not until I called then to run my credit card , it seems they will not run it until another increase of fare… this will be my first and last business with cheap flight fares

Easy to book . Issue is with the delay with spirit . 4 hours sitting at terminal . All others are flying . I would not recommend cheap flights to utilized Spirt .

HI, 1. The price noted on your website is not the true price. That felt like false marketing as you advertise prices that are not confirmed by the flight company. 2. You do not accept foreign credit cards and this was not advertised in the beginning so my purchase could not go through even though it was from one of the biggest banks in Sweden buying something from a Swedish company (SAS), which is even more strange that you do not accept it. Then I got an email that I should FAX in the form! Who owns a fax? I hardly could access a printer with a form that could not be filled in. Then luckily I got a new email to send a photo of the credit card and ID. 3. The credit card and ID were never clearly accepted so I never knew if I had the ticket or not. 4. While waiting for the card to be accepted the price increased by 120 dollars within just minutes because you could not confirm my card, which just felt like your whole business idea was like a fraud. 5. I never received an official confirmation number from SAS so I could check in, again it felt like never really had a ticket, so I just prayed that I had it and hoped for the best. Please, learn from https://www.nngroup.com/ or how Apple does it, https://developer.apple.com/design/human-interface-guidelines/ they were even better in the old days though. It is. As you charge a colossal fee on carry on & checked bag. Can a person travel with a personal item allowed?. The fare is prudent cheap as carry on bags/ Checked bags are charged with steep price. This is my first & last with you guys. I’ll get on with this and I will never use your web anymore.

Last time I took a flight with cheap flights it was a very bad experience. It was a two-way ticket from Florida to Atlanta. When I was returning I was rudely talk to and the experience of great customer service was not there. Now I'm returning to Atlanta and it's not a two-way ticket I'm staying in Atlanta. Hopefully I will not experience the same experience that I had the last time I flew with cheap flights fares. My suggestion is to fix customer service when aborting flight to returning back home. My personal baggage was 1 in off of a carry-on. So I had to leave my personal items in the airport at Atlanta and return home. Fix it

The flight fare was reasonable until I had to pay $89 each way for luggage. That totally defeats the purpose of cheap flights. I will not use nor recommend this website ever again. I had a small carryon at that. It should be standard like every other airline$35 to $45. Ridiculous! It was for SPIRIT AIRLINES… wow👎

Price was cheaper than others but I am unable to buy baggage until 24 hours before flight and airline changed from Alaska to Delta. I believe Delta' bags are more expensive weight change less and unable to get carryon.

Original comment and 2 star rating: They charged me $77 for a carry-on and then I got a statement from the airline saying the carry-on charge was $28 UPDATE: I got 2 calls explaining the discrepancy. The callers tried to be helpful, explained that the $28 was a partial charge and gave me a $25 travel voucher, but the Aliegients website offers a deal with 1 carry-on AND a choice of seat for $53 so I still only added 1 star to my rating. UPDATE 2: I never got the travel voucher and the 20% codes they emailed me didn't work, so it's back to 2 stars.

I booked online and the next day I had Cheap Flights email me that my flight was in pending status because my fare was no longer available. I called Cheap Flights and was told my flight cost increased by $300. Unacceptable. The same flight I booked the day prior remained available online to book at the lower price. I refused to pay the additional $300 for the flight. Five hours later I received an email confirming my flight at the original price. This seems like a bate and switch scam. Sell a ticket at a lower price and the next day say the cost went up $300.

Ticket purchased had an error with the reservation number. Have been on 3 phone calls with cheap flight fares within the first 24 hours and not confident the error has been corrected. Solution was ‘we will call you 24 hours before the flight and help access the boarding pass.’ I’ve been buying e tickets for decades and don’t recall ever having phone call(s) following the purchase. The last thing I want to be doing before the flight is be on another call with customer service. I was pushed to cheap flight fares through a trusted site. Will never do that again the savings weren’t worth the hassle so far. Stay with trusted companies.

The currency was not transparent. Why it was counted as USD when I am in Canada? The connection flight duration was not mentioned clearly as well.

Felt that some of the agents were very unprofessional when trying to figure out an issue that I was having with my flights. I was not informed until the following morning that my card was declined. I called back twice to speak with someone, because the first agent hung up on me. The second agent was very unprofessional, and was yelling at me, and told me that he hoped that I got on an overbooked flight that he would confirm it. After hearing this information I immediately called the airline to find out that that flight was not overbooked and that they were trying to get me to switch to another flight that would cost me $600 as opposed to my whole flight being $158.round-trip. After finding out from the airlines, why I did not have a confirm seat on these two flights, it was told to be that my card was declined, due to being expired, and they also informed me again that that flight home was not overbooked. So after being frustrated, I called back and asked for a manager who politely and professionally help me through this crisis, got me on flights, and gave me the flights for the same price that I originally thought I had purchased. When I talk to the airlines, they said that this is a travel agency was unaware of that in the future I believe that I will try somewhere else first.
