I don't think the site was easy to navigate. Once I made a purchase, it was difficult to get the full refund even thought I was within the 24 hour cancellation period. Additionally, your policies made it difficult to get a refund for the insurance "because it is from a third party". Insurance doesn't exist until you truly use it, it shouldn't be difficult or cumbersome to refund. I don't think I will use this service again.
