“You were quick, easy, efficient---and lived up to your name. But-- please go back and see what happened to my seat selection, Ccg to jrunearcick and there to jfk. Aisle it is best for me. “I was pleased that I was offered the same price for a substitute flight when the one that I originally selected was apparently overbooked. The only thing I didn't like was that the original response that I received from the website made it seem like the reservation was locked in and that I needed only to await the generation of an e-ticket. If I had not thought to check my email again, I would not have noticed that the original reservation was unavailable. I feel like it should be crystal clear that I am not actually reserving a flight, but merely making a request for one when I use your website.”
