“Overall, it was a decent experience apart from one thing I paid extra for the carry-on personal item and a checked baggage, but then they tried to say that they’re not doing the checked baggage, but made no attempt to reimburse me for the money I spent for getting that option so either they made a mistake and I can do a checked baggage or somebody Messed up at the airline and didn’t give me the correct information apart from that. I had a good experience with them, but I’m praying that when I get there if I don’t hear from them that they give me the reimbursement if I can’t take my checked luggage cause I paid for it.”

“The call centre agent told ne the seat class was sold out, which did not appear to be the case as the flight is less than 1/2 full. I complained about the new price and a manager was able to sort things out and bring the price back in line with my original expectations.”

“This is always a painful process when performed on iPhone. Maybe, a mocked up verification document to be acknowledged before submitting would help prevent typos and/or name autofill mistakes. I had a problem where my 3rd passenger’s last name was assigned the last name of my 2nd passenger, and I didn’t notice until I got the verification email causing a problem that could have been avoided. I had to call for corrections. Fortunately, the agent was able to help me without incurring extra cost, but it was stressful.”

“Most everything went smoothly, EXCEPT they airline had no record of my having paid the baggage fee so when I got to the terminal I had to repay it. Cheap Flights Fares was gracious in refunding me in full the extra money I had paid.”

“Booked on 5/25, got charged for airfare. Then twice got messages that card was declined for seats. Bank had no record of charge submitted. Gave new card, and got charged twice. On 5/27 AA had my reservation but no seat info. Had to call yet again, and Stan said he sent message and I should wait 24 hours. Today, May 27, I checked my reservation, and it didn't have seats yet. I emailed cheapflights, and they got on it right away. They rushed the seat info to AA and now my reservation is complete. Kudos for today.”

“I was pleased that I was called to resolve the minor issue that created an inconvenience in my travel schedule. The situation that was resolved was as follows: I chose my flight and bookedd a flight for a good rate and then 2 hours later I was called and informed that my airfare would cost more. Happy to see that they made amends and fairly addressed this situation refunding a portion of the fare.”
