This is always a painful process when performed on iPhone. Maybe, a mocked up verification document to be acknowledged before submitting would help prevent typos and/or name autofill mistakes. I had a problem where my 3rd passenger’s last name was assigned the last name of my 2nd passenger, and I didn’t notice until I got the verification email causing a problem that could have been avoided. I had to call for corrections. Fortunately, the agent was able to help me without incurring extra cost, but it was stressful.
