“I had to cancel my flight due to a schedule conflict I was very disappointed to only get a fraction of my money back especially since I cancelled it in less than 24 hours. Plus they will NOT stop texting me which annoying as all get out. I wouldn’t recommend this company at ALL.”

“I would not recommend CFF, and I will never use their service anymore. I was booked on a trip through Heathrow with 50 minutes to make a flight transfer, however it is standard industry practice to allow a minimum of 2 hours to make a transfer at Heathrow. As a result of this incompetent booking, I arrived at my home at 10:30pm instead of the scheduled 11am because, no surprise, I couldn't make the transfer.”

“Although the for getting my ticket was awesome, the refund process was terrible. If I had to cancel my trip and I called Cheapflightsfares I would have to fill out a form and wait to see if my problem was good otherwise they wouldn't refund my money even though I had purchased the refund option.”
