“Due to my credit card processing issues, I needed to call customer service. They were excellent. No hold to speak to a real person! My issue was handled promptly the agent then made an offer to select seats, which I had not been able to do online yet. He took care of that, making a note to have seats as close to the front as possible. Sure enough, when I got my tickets…great seats.”

“I purchased a flight on United for $439 direct flight from John Wayne airport to Newark. Then about an hour later I received an ALERT to call Cheap Flight Fares. I was told I had to pay an extra $79 to guarantee seat on that flight when I already purchased my seat. Otherwise I would have to go stand by. I never heard such a thing. I’m tired of these large companies taking advantage of the American people so they can make more money. Then I had to pay another $100 because my luggage was over weight. I was charged for 3 bags not 2. It’s a disgrace!!!!!”

“It was a disappointment buying our tickets through Cheapflights. We bought them because the airline's website (5 minutes before purchase) showed the tickets were $100 more expensive. Immediately after the purchase, they called us to say we had to pay them an additional $100 because they hadn't updated the price. I will never use them again.”

“I was so shocked that I had to pay for 4 seats , 1 per flight. I used cheap tickets thinking that I would pay less but I am sure I paid more to fly RT from Syracuse to Lexington. Used it because I could not get “book/pay” now to appear on American’s site!”
