“I purchased a ticket from Detroit to New York for $140 dollars. I needed to add a carry on bag, but it cost an additional $75 dollars each way, With the additional charges for a checked bag totaling $150 dollars, the added cost was more than the original ticket purchase of $140 dollars. My purchase more than doubled because I needed to take a bag with me. Therefore, the purchase was no longer a good deal in my opinion. A carry on bag should not cost more than the flight itself. It should be a percentage proportionate to the original purchase made. Especially when the carry on bag is required to be small.”

“Please make sure write there that is US charges we are gelling . I am so happy I got ticket for $148 + refundable $22 and when i received bill for visa that is $223 after i realized that was US $ Thank you very much for fixing this problem I will be very appreciated”

“Online booking was good but you changed my chosen flight after I paid and received the confirmation email. The departure time change is very inconvenient, causing massive disruptions in my day's schedule and subsequent difficulty in getting to the airport. Your representative who I spoke with tried to be very helpful but the damage was already done. Its sad that my first experience with your company has been disappointing.”

“Deceptive. I will not use or recommend again. I have one checked bag but inadvertinely checked auto check in to bypass counter. Since I have a checked bag I have to go to the counter anyway. Called and asked for that charge to be removed. At first they refused, but I said I was not happy with them so I was told the charge would be removed. I checked the new bill and the charge was simply renamed but remained. I consider that deceptive and a lie. Will never use again...”

“The booking process was quick and easy. However, after paying for a seat selection, we were told that the seats were no longer available or we’d need to pay more more. Very disappointed in this part of the booking. It is recommended that Cheap Flights update records to match the airline availability prior to avoid this happening again.”
