** INVALID REVIEW ** We investigated your claim and confirmed with the airline that your ticket was Completely Used – you flew. There was no cancellation, and no refund is due. We still approached the airline for an exception on your behalf, but those efforts were based on your untrue claims. This complaint is invalid and we consider the matter closed.

“I will not use this services ever again. There was a “system issue” with my booking and it took multiple call to address. I requested the service rep to make this right given the amount of trip but nothing was done. Extremely disappointed in this 3rd party processor.”

“This was my first time using this website to book a flight, and I had to contact customer service. Unfortunately, it was the worst experience I’ve had with any company this year.
