“My fourth time buying round trip tickets with them.. Absolutely best prices, great customer service and fit my needs perfectly..Lock in the best price with them and later if you want to move up with seating, you can always do with them or the airline you choose. I always fly with bookbag and 1 carry on so no issues.”

“Had to find a flight in a short amount of time and this had one of the lowest. Unfortunately, it was economy and doesn’t include baggage or seats- guess we are expected to fly on the wing. As far as customer service, they are not knowledgeable at all. I am wondering if they are talking to several customers at once because response time is long as well. And when I did write a negative review- someone called my son who I booked the flight for trying to push to change my review. Just be aware you get what you pay for.”

“Edited: Cheap Flights Fares called me back to resolve this issue and adjust the price, and I appreciate their customer support. Your terms say that you can cancel or change a flight within 24 hours of purchase. However, I called 10 minutes after accidentally booking the wrong flight and was told that I couldn't change it without paying $50 more than the price listed on your website. I will never book from your site again.”

“I bought a round trip ticket from Thunder Bay to Toronto from Cheap flights. When I bought the ticket, I saw that there was an option to get a refund. Since my appointment time in Toronto had changed, I paid the money for this refund option, and as I predicted, my appointment time changed, and when I wanted to change my ticket, they wanted a difference of 277 CAD. When I told them that I did not want to pay this difference, that the ticket had a refund option and that I wanted to return it, they told me that this was a very difficult process, that I had to call the insurance company, that they would do their best not to pay this money, and that instead they would give me an exchange for 125 CAD. I obliged and paid the difference. However, I do not plan to buy a ticket from your company again because of this kind of deceptions.”

“making the reservation for flights and a vehicle go ok, but if you need to make any changes, that's where things go sideways! I called three times, explaining that I needed to make a change to my car rental plan, and each time I was sent to an extension that was no longer valid according to the recording I kept getting! Each time I called back, I explained I was getting sent to an extension that was no longer valid and she would briefly apologize and say hold on and then send me again to an extension that was no longer valid! I finally had to call the car rental agency itself and make changes through them, it could not be done through this cheap flight fares site at all.”

“Good luck getting your money back!!! If you book and need to cancel just take it as a loss or take the flight lol even with “booking refund insurance” it’s a scam! Don’t pay for it what’s the point?! You can’t get a refund if you “change your mind” or “made an error when booking” man they got me good!! Can’t help but laugh at myself for falling for this website, broke poor money hungry losers!!”

“Took 2 days of continuous calling to finally get my e ticket. It didn't seem like all departments were connected with each other. Customer service was terrible and all the answers sounded like excuses and run arounds. I can't tell you how many times I was told to wait 1 or 2 hours and then nothing happened.”

“When loading the plane after people needing assistance are boarded the people at the rear of the plane should be boarded first then the middle section and then the front ... also some people sure have alot of carry on bags I thought only 1 was,allowed ........”
