“Update: Cheapflight's reached out and had the airline refund the price of my ticket. Great customer service on their part. I had an emergency illness in my family and couldn’t make my flight. I understood that my flight wasn’t refundable but both Cheapflights and Frontier refused to offer any help in the form of a credit or flight at a later date. I got stuck paying for a plane ticket that I couldn’t use. I’ll never use the service again and will be reporting the practice of both companies to the BBB.”

“So far so good. I did have an issue once confirming the booking due to my DoB transporting incorrectly. Reached out to chat support and Mia White was quick to correct the issue. Currently waiting on my tickets but all in all, a great process.”

“Cheap Flight Fares does offer some of the cheapest flights, but we will experience the validity/compatibility of the booking when we fly next week. As they missed including the airline booking reference number, I had to call to get this and it is lucky that I called early as with all call centers I was put on hold for hours.”

“Best price I could find, we flew short notice and other sites kept increasing their price while I was checking flights. I had no problem booking or with the flights. It did take me a while to find how to check in for my flight home, an email was sent for checking in to go but I never received one for my flight home to check in. I thought that maybe I didn't get a flight home but finally found where to check in.”
