“I had no reservation when I arrived at the airport. Frontier was very helpful in working it out for me. I was charged at the airport. Do not charge me again. The reservation was not completed.”

“Don’t book a flight with them, they are so cheap People, all those people can’t even speak proper English, I told them to book a flight for Sunday, They booked it for Friday, then they said ok pay more money for a new ticket, first and last time for booking a flight with them,I told my friend to not book with them”

“This was the biggest scam I’ve ever experienced! The only reason we used this site was because EVERYTHING SAID FREE CANCELLATIONS. When we had to cancel (in less than 24 hours) they charged us for a “travel agent fee”. What travel agent??? Supposedly $300 for clicking a button?! It’s very clear to me this company is stealing money. They owe us $300.”

“Bout ticket to go from chicago to owensboro ky. I get to ohara 1hr n half b4 departure by time i get to contour airline ticket booth it was one hr till departure. Nobody there to give me my ticket so i missed my flight, and all cheap flights wanted to do was sell me another ticket. No refunds no ticket replacements, no help in no kinda way. Ill never go through them for nothing nor ever reccommend them”
