All agents were responsive to my questions. As a matter of fact, cheapflightfare agents called me directly because airline changed the flight. Unexpectedly too we canceled within the 24 booking grace period. At first it was a bit awkward but trip was canceled. I gave it 4 stars because email stated it will take approx 2 weeks for the refund.
