Call center agents are rude and and very inefficient . When I am not satisfied the way they handled my booking, they one agent told me” what do you want me to do?” So rude. The fact that one of them caused me the trouble of cancelling my card due to incorrect information being charged.
Agents are not friendly. I will not book a flight with this company in the future.
