It was very difficult to get refund 7hrs after booking when site clearly states have 24 hrs was told I could only get voucher to use at a later date when I insisted it states 24 hrs to cancel I finally got my refund approved .. Understanding the written terms by customer service was possibly reason for the misunderstanding. I wouldn't use the site again.
