Booking the flight was a little confusing at first but after a while was able to navigate. Our first booking was cancelled, apparently from an overbooking by the airlines, which would have left one of our family members on stand by for the return trip. I contacted support and the gentlemen that assisted was very professional and assured me getting another flight with a different airlines, which was better than the first arrangement. Thanks
