I sincerely enjoyed the service with cheap flight. Fares.I have always been apprehensive purchasing flight from an agent but my experience with this service was brilliant. There was constant timely reminders of when my flight is due, issue of e tickets, gates for connecting flights, luggage belt location, visa and health requirements. It was always very was Easy to speak to a customer care representative. I didn't have to hold on for too long on the phone before talking to an agent. The agent were also very informative and dealt with my query appropriately. Thank you so much for such a great service as I wasn't expecting such a great reception.
