This is a horrible experience to use when there is a flight cancelation problem! The airline portion still process $200.00 per ticket even though we purchased flight cancelation insurance! My wife was under doctors care for her heart, and recieved a stress test that revealed she is scheduled for a catheter procedure, and we don't need to travel, as it isn't recommended as most patients don't do well when traveling!
