We were stranded in Denver along with thousands of other people. I kept trying to find a flight home on several airlines websites- but kept getting kicked off. I went to cheap flight fares and was able to book one with no problem. Price was reasonable. Only issue was confirmation email took about 45 min . I was worried we were going to lose our seats on the plane. I contacted customer service and they were very professional and reassuring. The confirmation # we were given in the email was not the correct #. Had to go to United counter to get correct one to be able to check in for flight.
