Cheap Flights was not cheap at all, in fact, they up-charged for all services. They were not very helpful and customer service was difficult to understand and not very forthcoming with answers to important questions. They actually made flying for senior citizens who haven't flown in 2 years, the hardest thing to do in the hardest of situations regarding flying in general
