I had the price I wanted on a round trip ticket. When I needed to change the return flight, the agent was helpful, but screwed me over. I agreed to an up charge, and then my new flight changed again and they did not tell me. It took nearly an hour on the phone to get it fixed because I had lost my original flight. Thankfully, I made it home in a reasonable time.
At the conclusion of this “cheapflights” called and did a make right to the best of their capabilities.
