Do not trust this site! I paid for a refundable ticket and that was not the case! There was so much small print that when I needed to cancel my booking I did not receive not one cent back even after paying extra for a refundable ticket. I had to cancel due to COVID-19 and was denied refund even after submitting picture proof of my COVID-19 test.
