Horrible. Some Indian dude called my bank without my permission and when I said I was not comfortable ON A RECORDED LINE WITH MY BANK AND THE COMPANY he said he WOULD NOT process the charge. Well, I booked a different flight and lo and behold that ding dong charged my card which was NOT LEGAL (remember… recorded line saying he would not…). I absolutely do not recommend this group. Period.
