The fare was cheaper than the fare offered by the airline itself or any other vendor. I appreciated the availability of cancellation, refund, and travel protection options, although it was difficult to find specific terms and conditions for those. Since I'm Canadian, I would have liked to see an option to display fares and fees in CAD currency. I had to calculate what the actual cost would be. I don't recall seeing any car rental offers during the booking process, which I would have been interested in. Also, while I was making my booking choices, I received a coupon for an additional $20 off, which was great, but when I entered it, I couldn't use it because the airline was a discount airline. That was disappointing. Overall a decent experience, though.
