I booked ticket online and accidently I booked on wrong dates. Within an hour I called the customer service support . And I was been told that I can’t get refund if I cancel the ticket or make any changes on ticket. I want some one to listen the call which I made to your customer service. It looks like the customer doesn’t has any rights for cancellation within 1 hour of booking . Revived call from manager next day and the issues resolved. Thank you
