I had a very good experience. I needed to cancel a return flight arriving into London LHR with a previous carrier, and find a more affordable flight from what I was seeing on the bettter known carrier sites, arriving in London GTW instead, which I was able to do. My only concern was that the e-ticket confirmation took longer than I am used to booking with more well known carrier sites but I received an immediate response regarding my concern when I emailed customer service.
I highly recommend the booking experience.
