It was almost impossible to reach a representative with questions about my reservation. I want my money back. UPDATE: Since my initial review, a Representative from CheapFlights reached out to me and offered a total of two $50 vouchers and a promise of a refund of the money used to purchase the airline ticket. I will update my review once I receive the refund. UPDATE: I have been working with a representative by the name of Lauren at Cheap Flights. I am pleased to say that Lauren was able to proved a full refund of the purchase of the airline ticket and as I stated earlier, she was also able to issue two vouchers to me for $50 each for the inconvenience this experience has caused. I am grateful for Lauren's dedication to rectifying this matter and I look forward to booking flights using Cheap Flights in the future.
