I booked a flight on United #264 on Saturday, 6/24/23. My seat selected was 22F. When I got to the gate, I was told someone else was assigned my seat and I was now up in 15E middle. I paid man extra $36 for the window in 22F. Because of Your incompetence, I was very uncomfortable! Saying “sorry” for a computer error, doesn’t fix the problem. Your staff has to be more efficient!! Your company has resolved the issue of a refund of $36. I will consider using your website in the future to book airline flights
