Eventhough the fare is way expensive, you cannot change or adjust your traveling date if the need arises. A customer service here was asking for a fee almost half of the fare just to make a change. A total ripoff, while others like travelhub, priceline, and others does make changes in your itinerary for free. ..no fee charge
