Once again I’m very disappointed in the fact that I was offered a $10 refund and a$15 travel credit for one of the customer service representative being very rude I did as I was asked and revised my review and the gentleman who called me and offered me the refund and travel credit never called me back nor did he do as he said by giving me a refund and travel credit the only person who truly helped me was Russ I thank him so very much
But as it stands now I will not refer anyone to use cheap flights
