Horrible customer service! When I called to verify that I had paid to check a bag the representative was rude and demeaning. She assured me that 24 hours before my flight, the checked bag would be "added" to my reservation. When I arrived at the airport, it had not been done. I had to take time to call and insist that they follow through. I don't trust this company at all and will NEVER use them again. If I could leave 0 stars, I would!
