I booked to the wrong airport . I called the service immediately but the service failed to resolve the issue immediately . I was incurred with additional cost . When I asked immediate cancellation , then I was denied . I will not use such service not considerate of customers .. just only collecting money . Great lesson learned ‘
Today I got a call from customer service and promised me to do resolution of my experience . Thank you
