I had to go home for a family emergency and had to purchase tickets for the next day. The rates were super high, almost $900 but I didn’t had a choice. Then they call me to tell me that booking was not accepted by the Airline and had to do another booking for $1456 for the same flight ???? I was not able to make the return flight and tried to change it for a week later and they wanted me to pay $500 more so a round trip to Puerto Rico from DC would’ve been $2000 for Coach!??? I try to get my money back from the return tickets to DC from San Juan but they told me it was not refundable. I called American Airlines and they told me they sold my seats and return the money to the agency. I called them again and they still wouldn’t reimburse my money even after they got it back from American Airlines. DO NOT use this agency!!!
