So far not good as after I purchased my ticket I got an email about 6 hours saying that my status was on hold and needed to call and then was told I would have to pay $100 more dollars to stay on the same flight or I would have to switch. That was not an option as I am on the flight with someone else and it would have screwed up everything. So I had to pay the extra $100….got a call within the hour of this post and Marcelles called me, apologized, explained some things and then refunded me $50. Changed my whole attitude about the situation. Glad to see companies are still listening and doing what they can to make the situation better!
