Earlier today, I wrote a poor review of cheap flights for charging extra when we wanted to book our seats . I'm becoming more aware of the way airlines, and the sites that support them are charging for incidentals on top of advertised fares. Well, much to my surprise, within a few hours, I got a response from cheap flights to address what I had written. The gentleman, while explaining the situation, was sympathetic to my issues, and did all in his power to refund us for most of the additional cost. I have to commend cheap flights for their prompt and courteous action on our behalf.
